Perform initial interviews with Soldiers regarding the deployment limiting condition within 48 hours of notification of a Soldier with a deployment limiting condition. Ensures the Soldier understands his/her responsibilities, obtain a release of information form. Provide information to Soldiers about their privacy rights and how their information can be used (have Soldiers sign consents). The Contractor shall also be responsible for protecting the confidential nature of Soldiers’ files and medical issues.
